Learning Design That Drives CHANGE, Not Just Completion
I help organisations design online learning programmes that create real behaviour change, not just tick-box training.
Trusted by systems and public sector organisations
Built for organisations, not individuals.
School systems and education departments designing professional learning for leaders and educators at scale
Government bodies and public sector organisations building capability programmes for their workforce
Organisations turning compliance or policy requirements into engaging, practical learning experiences
Teams building certification, accreditation, or multi-stage capability pathways
Three types of work. One standard.
Learning Modules and Courses
- SCORM-compliant courses for LMS platforms including SuperPath and Moodle
- Web-based learning experiences, no LMS required
- Microlearning libraries of 5 to 10 minute modules for just-in-time learning
- Scenario-based training focused on real-world application, not theory
- Video-based learning with interactive elements
Implementation Systems
- Monthly learning community structures with live session formats and facilitation guides
- Peer accountability frameworks including check-ins, action plans, and reflection prompts
- Post-learning resources including job aids, templates, and quick-reference guides
- Manager toolkits to support staff applying new learning
- Measurement frameworks that track implementation, not just completion
Assessment and Certification
- Knowledge assessments including quizzes, scenario-based questions, and case studies
- Performance tasks that apply real-world projects to measure capability
- Certification pathways with multi-stage progression and clear criteria
- Digital badging systems for recognising and evidencing participant achievement
Work that's already running at scale.
Teacher Mentoring Programme
Online modules, facilitator upskilling, and implementation support structures for a mentoring programme reaching thousands of educators across the state.
Governance Modules for 11,000+ Staff
Transformed policy-based compliance learning into engaging, practical, implementation-focused programmes across the diocese.
The Giving Academy
Design of their flagship programme including online modules, reflection templates, and assessment activities for participants across Australia.
Delivery of large-scale professional learning across education systems and government contexts.
Programs include both system-wide rollouts and targeted learning initiatives, designed to align with organisational priorities and delivery constraints.
A structured process from first call to live programme.
Discovery Call
30 minutes. We discuss your challenge, target audience, desired outcomes, and constraints. I'll let you know if I'm the right fit.
Design Phase
1 to 2 weeks. I map the learning journey, design implementation structures, and present a blueprint for your approval before anything is built.
Development
2 to 6 weeks depending on scope. I build the modules, create resources, develop assessments, and set up community or tracking systems.
Launch Support
I help you roll out the programme effectively, whether that's training your internal facilitators, testing the platform, or running the first cohort with you.
Iteration
We review participant feedback and data, then refine the programme to improve outcomes over time.
Most learning design focuses on content delivery. I focus on implementation.
Behaviour change, not knowledge transfer
Every design decision is tied to what people need to do differently, not just what they need to know.
Built-in accountability
Peer groups, check-ins, and application tasks are designed into the programme, not added as an afterthought.
Resources people actually use
Job aids, toolkits, and templates that live beyond the course and support people doing the real work.
Measuring what matters
Implementation and behaviour change, not completion rates. If nothing changed, the learning didn't work.
Tell me about your learning program.
If you are planning new professional learning or refreshing existing programs, I would be happy to talk through your goals, audience, and delivery context.
This conversation is designed to provide clarity, not a sales pitch.
Tell Me About Your Learning Needs No pressure. Just a useful conversation.
