Meet Glenn

I've spent more than 15 years working in and around education, first as a classroom teacher and school leader, then as a learning designer working with some of Australia's largest education systems and government organisations.

I've supported more than 50 organisations to turn complex expertise into learning that actually sticks. Not slide decks. Not one-day workshops that people forget by Thursday. Structured, scalable learning experiences built around how people actually learn, make decisions, and change behaviour.

Today I work with educational consultants who are ready to scale beyond the room, and with school systems and government bodies that need professional learning designed to the standard their people deserve.
