Turn School Interest Into School Commitment

In June 2026, I'm working with a small group of educational thought leaders and consultants who are watching warm interest from schools turn into silence, and I'm going to show them exactly why that's happening and what to do about it.

Two focused 60-minute working sessions. A written plan you can act on immediately.

See the Investment

It's called the Positioning Audit because that's exactly what it is. Not a course. Not a generic marketing programme. Two focused 60-minute working sessions where we go through everything together, your messaging, your audience targeting, your offer tiers, and come out the other side with a written plan you can act on immediately.

I'm going to guide you through exactly where schools are losing interest, who should actually be receiving your outreach, and how to restructure your offers so decision makers say yes, even with restricted budgets, within two weeks of us finishing.

Real Outcomes

Clients who've gone through this

These results are not typical, but here's what's happened:

  • An educational consultant who restructured their tier offers and converted 3 school systems in the following term after months of "we'll think about it"
  • A school leadership expert who shifted their outreach from teachers to principals and doubled their response rate within 30 days
  • A thought leader in education who added a low-ticket entry point and had 7 schools commit within 6 weeks, schools who previously said budget was the issue
  • A curriculum consultant who rewrote their core messaging and closed a $3,000 school day engagement from a lead that had been sitting cold for two terms

They got this by going through exactly what we cover in the two sessions, diagnosing what's breaking down between interest and commitment, then building a clear structure that gives schools a reason to say yes right now.

Is This for You?

This is perfect if you're...

An educational thought leader, consultant, or expert who has genuine demand, schools are opening your emails, clicking your links, and telling you they're interested, but something keeps breaking down before they commit.

You know the problem isn't your expertise. You suspect it might be your positioning, your messaging, or the way your offers are structured, but you're not sure exactly where the leak is or how to fix it without wasting more time and money guessing.

The Detail

You'll walk away knowing...

  • Exactly which people in schools should be receiving your outreachMost educational consultants are talking to the wrong people entirely. Teachers love your content, but teachers don't hold the budget. We'll map out how to get your work in front of the principals and heads of teaching and learning who can actually say yes.
  • Why schools are defaulting to "next term" and what to do about itThe hesitation isn't really about budget. It's about perceived risk and unclear value. We'll build in the messaging that makes waiting feel like a cost, not a safe option.
  • How to structure your tiers so each one feels like a complete and confident yesRight now the gap between your tiers is too large. Schools are either going for the cheapest option or walking away entirely. We fix that so every price point feels like a genuine decision, not a compromise.
  • How to create an entry point that schools can say yes to even in a budget crunchA low-ticket offer isn't a discount. It's a door. It gets schools experiencing your work, builds trust, and primes them for the bigger engagement, without devaluing what you do.
  • What your messaging needs to say to convert the schools already in your pipelineIn education, everyone uses the same language. The consultants who are booked out aren't necessarily better, they're clearer about the outcome. We'll rewrite how you talk about what you do so schools feel the cost of not having you.

The Format

How we'll work together

By You

You'll bring your current messaging, email outreach, offer descriptions, and any proposals or communications you've been sending to schools. Your context is essential. I can't diagnose what I can't see.

With You

Both sessions are live and collaborative. We work through your messaging, audience targeting, and tier structure together. Nothing gets handed to you without you understanding exactly why.

By Me

Between sessions I'll review everything you've shared and prepare a structured written recommendations document so you walk away with a clear, actionable plan.

What's Included

Two sessions. One plan.

Session 1

Diagnosis

Messaging review

Identify exactly where schools are losing interest or feeling uncertain, rather than guessing and changing the wrong things.

Audience targeting

Map who should actually be receiving your outreach and pinpoint the gap between engagement and commitment.

Current tier review

Understand how schools are experiencing your offer and where pricing gaps are causing disengagement.

Outcome language

Identify the specific language schools need to hear so they feel the value before they see the price.

You'll leave Session 1 knowing exactly what's not working and why.

Session 2

The Plan

Tier restructure

Define your three offers so each one feels like a complete and valuable yes at its price point.

Low-ticket entry point

Design something schools can say yes to even with a restricted budget, priming them for the bigger engagement.

Urgency and conversion

Replace "we'll do it next term" hesitation with a clear understanding of what waiting costs them.

90-day action plan

Leave with a sequenced, prioritised roadmap of exactly what to do first, second, and third.

You'll leave Session 2 with momentum that starts immediately.

Questions

Now, I'd imagine you've got a few questions

Where and when?

Sessions are delivered live via Google Meet. Session 1 is booked at a time that suits you following confirmation. Session 2 follows within 1–2 weeks. The written recommendations document is delivered within a few days of Session 2. The whole process is designed to move quickly, because schools are making budget decisions right now.

How does it work?

Once you confirm you'd like to go ahead, I'll send you an invoice and we'll book Session 1. Before the session I'll ask you to share your current messaging, email outreach, and any proposals you've been sending, so we're straight into diagnosis, not discovery. Both sessions run for 60 minutes. No homework, no programme to follow, no modules. Just two focused working sessions and a written plan you can act on the day you receive it.

How much time do I need?

Two hours across two sessions, spread over 1–2 weeks. Plus a short amount of time beforehand to gather the materials I'll ask you to share. That's it. The goal is maximum clarity with minimum time investment.

Do I need to be a great marketer?

Not even slightly. This is designed for people who are brilliant at what they do but haven't had to think hard about positioning before. Most educational consultants got their early work through reputation and relationships, which means the marketing side has never been properly built. That's untapped potential sitting right there in your pipeline, waiting for the right structure around it.

What do I need to bring?

You need genuine demand, schools are engaging with you, responding to your outreach, or at least in your pipeline, but conversions are lower than they should be. You don't need a big following or a polished website. You need an offer that's real, a track record you can point to, and a genuine desire to figure out what's getting in the way.

Will this work in my context?

The frameworks aren't specific to one type of school system or education niche. Whether you're working with government schools, Catholic systems, independent schools, or international contexts, the underlying psychology of how decision makers evaluate and commit to consultants is consistent. What changes is the language. And that's exactly what we work on together.

The Guarantee

Is there a guarantee? There is.

I believe in earning my keep and keeping my promises to people. I will work with you until you have a clear, actionable positioning strategy you can implement immediately, no matter how long it takes, as long as you are actually bringing your real materials, engaging honestly in both sessions, and implementing what we cover.

In other words, you can't disengage entirely and come back six months later expecting the same result.

But come in, do the work, share what's actually going on in your business, if you don't walk away from Session 2 with a written plan that gives you complete clarity on what to fix and how to fix it, I'll keep working with you until you do.
