I spent the first part of my career inside schools, as a teacher, then as a leader driving improvement through feedback systems, curriculum design, and professional learning.

That work took me into consulting, where I designed and delivered leadership development programmes across Australia, including with the Tasmanian Department of Education. As a lead facilitator and learning designer with EC by Go1, I worked with thousands of teachers and school leaders annually.

Now I run Cheeky Learning, a boutique consultancy that does two things.

For educational consultants and thought leaders, I help package and position expertise into scalable learning products: online courses, digital frameworks, AI implementation tools, and an offer strategy to make sure what gets built actually converts. I've supported more than 50 organisations to turn complex expertise into learning that works beyond the room.

For school systems and government bodies, I design professional learning that is specific, structured, and built to scale. Not slide decks. Not one-day workshops that fade by the following term. Learning experiences built around how people actually change behaviour.

I work with clients including Catholic Schools NSW, the University of Sydney, the Tasmanian Department of Education, and Girl Guides Australia.

The through-line across all of it is the same question: what needs to be true for this learning to keep working after I've left the building?
